A dance troupe has taken to London's streets to make a spoof of the UK number one South Korean single 'Gangnam Style'.

The video begins with the parody frontman, Hanbit Cho, dressed like the rapper Psy in a suit and pair of dark sunglasses.

Backed by a group of nine dancers, he takes to the capital's landmarks to showcase the distinctive horse galloping and arm thrust dance moves that made the original into a worldwide YouTube sensation.

Scenes include riding 'Boris' bikes through Hyde Park, clambering around a River Cruise boat, dancing outside Big Ben and running across Regents Street.

A woman is shown sashaying and posing inside a Tube carriage to imitate the original, before joining the frontman to push him into a water fountain.

Seoul landmarks are mirrored in the London parody, such as the city's underground platform, financial district and funfair merry-go-round, where the troupe is met with varying forms of bemusement from the public.

A London Eye capsule, Harry Potter's Platform 9 3/4 installation, and the back of a double-decker bus are also used as impromptu dance floors.

The original ‘Gangnam Style’ has gathered almost 336 million views on YouTube.

The parody, dubbed ‘London Style’ has attracted over 500,000 views in just over two weeks.
