A detached house two minutes from the Thames in south east London is being raffled off for £2 a ticket.
Valued at £285,000, the two-bedroom property is located near the Royal Arsenal riverfront in Woolwich.
Its seller said she was tired of estate agents dropping the price so decided to set up a website and raffle the home herself.
Miss Page, who is not revealing her full name, states on her website: “The property is set next to the Royal Arsenal area, two minutes from the river, approximately a 15 minute walk to the station and town centre and a 10 minute walk to the Thames Clipper and Crossrail station.”
The property includes a new kitchen and bathroom as well as a patio garden.
In May this year, a home in nearby Blackheath worth £1.2 million was raffled off for £5 a ticket.
Owner Renu Qadri was aiming to raise £3.75million through the online raffle for her five-bed property, which included crystal chandeliers and leather sofas.
However, she was forced to cancel the raffle after Greenwich Council raised objections over Gambling Commission rules.
A Greenwich Council spokesperson told News Shopper: “All raffles and competitions need to comply with the requirements of the Gambling Act 2005. The Gambling Commission has primary responsibility for investigating these issues and all matters should be referred to them.”
