People's Vote march: All the most eye-catching placards from huge anti-Brexit demonstration in London

As hundreds of thousands of protesters today arrived in London for an anti-Brexit demonstration, a number of eye-catching placards appeared on the streets of the capital.

Organisers said more than 600,000 people flocked to central London for the People's Vote march.

And there were many creative placards and slogans seen hanging over the crowds.

Notably Banksy's most recent stunt - shredding his own artwork - was adopted for one timely banner, which depicted the UK being shredded by Brexit.

Here's some of the best placards at the protest today.

In an attack on the key Brexit proponents in the Conservative Party, Jacob Rees-Mogg and Boris Johnson, were fixed to a lamp-post and called a "pee station".

One campaigner mocked up a cigarette packet with the warning "Brexit will damage your health".

"We voted on the fantasy, now let us vote on the facts," said another.

The latest Banksy piece was turned into a Brexit meme.

While one person on Twitter shared what appeared to be the "most British" placard in Westminster.

And there was a contingent from the Rebel Alliance present at the march.

Meanwhile several people were cross.
