A hospital nurse posted a nude photo of her ex-partner on Facebook and then wrote off his BMW in a row over child support, a court heard.

Candess Peters, 37, of Fulham, put the image of her former boyfriend online after she had a social media row with his sister, Isleworth crown court was told.

Her ex said his sister saw the picture and recognised the room it had been taken in, and he was then humiliated when he went to watch football at a pub and had to leave out of embarrassment.

On the day she posted the image, June 7 last year, Peters also went to her ex’s home and used her car to repeatedly “shunt” his BMW into a garage door.

The court heard that she had a child from their relationship about 15 years ago. Peters pleaded guilty to two counts of criminal damage, disclosing a private sexual photograph with intent to cause distress, and driving offences.

She was sentenced to 12 months in jail suspended for two years, and must attend 15 days of rehab and comply with a four-month night-time curfew.
