News International’s former legal adviser Tom Crone “categorically denies” any criminal offence, his solicitor said today after his client was arrested and bailed by police investigating phone hacking.
Crone, 60, was bailed until mid-October after being held at his home in London yesterday on suspicion of conspiring to intercept communications.
