Police have added six new faces to a list of people they are hunting after revellers “trashed” a McDonald’s restaurant during a night of violence in London.

Video posted on social media showed chaotic scenes at the Marble Arch store just after 1am last Tuesday.

Terrified staff, who claimed they were worried about people forcing their way into the store if they tried to close, had to hide themselves away for safety.

Footage appeared to show people clambering over the counter to swipe burgers while others filmed the melee on their phones.

Violent scenes ensued after a water fight on the banks of the Serpentine, in nearby Hyde Park, turned hostile on the hottest day of the year.

Three people, including a police officer, were knifed in the incident.

Further scenes of violence broke out when police tried to shut down an unlicensed rave in Stamford Hill and at a second water fight in Burgess Park, Peckham.

CCTV images of six men have been added to a gallery of suspects already wanted in connection with the chaos.

Anyone who knows the identity of those pictured is asked to call the Investigation Team on 020 8785 8244. Alternatively, call Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
