Police investigating the fatal hit-and-run in Brixton have released an image of a suspect they wish to speak to.
The Met said Aaron Blackwood Jones, who is also known as Aaron Blackwood, is sought by its officers.
The 27-year-old has links to the Lambeth, Wandsworth and Wembley areas.
The image was released on Sunday, shortly after police recovered a blue VW Golf – which the force believes was involved in the crash – in the Brixton area.
Police were called to Brixton Hill’s junction with New Park Road at about 12.30am on Saturday.
Officers and paramedics found a 24-year-old woman who was pronounced dead at the scene.
She hasn’t been named, but her next of kin have been informed.
The driver of the vehicle, which was travelling at speed, did not stop at the scene.
