As someone who had never had a facial before my visit to The Landmark London, I must admit that the thought of a stranger prodding my face in a warm room whilst lying in a towel made me feel mildly worried.
Fortunately, there was no prodding and I left feeling like my face was a cherub’s bottom, more relaxed than I have ever been in my life.
Complete Revitalisation uses radio frequency to stimulate deep layers of the dermis, leaving the skin looking more healthy, and Edita adapted the treatment to suit my needs. It lasts about eighty minutes, and as cliched as it sounds, I didn’t want that zen like hour-and-a-bit to end.
Edita uses a number of masks on my face to help with a breakout I was dismayed to be experiencing at the time, using gauze to improve the treatment. The Efficy machine may sound terrifying and is a bit like a hoover for your face, but it also helps to revitalise and tone you.
The masks are encapsulated with vitamins as well as encapsulated oxygen that provides fresh air for your skin. Just what you need when you’re walking around in smoggy London all day.
After I left the Spa and Health Club, I felt like my face was made of velvet and I was as relaxed as if I’d been on a yoga retreat for three months.
