Who for? Take a date for cocktails and cabaret.

Vibe? A men's public toilet isn't the obvious place for most people to take a date (unless you're George Michael) but Cellar Door is no ordinary loo. If you want great cocktails, drag queens and some good old-fashioned snuff, then get down those stairs. With live acts every night you're guaranteed some entertainment. It's free most nights and worth the fiver on weekends.

Drinks? An impressive range of cocktails. BarChick recommends Fistful of Dollars or Honey (I Drank the) Daiquiri. There is also snuff in a wide variety of flavours. Genius.

Crowd? Eclectic: theatregoers to drag queens and burlesque dancers.

Cash or Card? Card, but it's worth it.
