Perle targeted over 'conflicts'

JOHN Conyers, senior Democrat on the US House of Representatives Judiciary Committee, has called for an investigation of Defence Policy Board chairman Richard Perle, an architect of the Iraq war, for possible conflicts of interest over his role as as adviser to bankrupt telco Global Crossing.
