New boss moves in to AOL hot seat

AOL Time Warner announced last night that it has replaced Chief Financial Officer Mike Kelly.

Kelly was named chief operating officer of the AOL Internet business. AOL Time Warner said that in his new position Kelly will be responsible for managing AOL's day-to-day operations and serve as liaison with other operations at the Internet and media giant.

Ray Oglethorpe will continue as the Internet unit's president.Wayne Pace, CFO of the company's Turner Broadcasting Systems unit will become the new Chief Financial Officer.
