Listing joy for ATM shareholders

THE Ofex debut of Applied Technology Monitoring should go down well in the Golightly family home as it made paper millionaires of the two brothers and cousin behind the company. The company sold 1,069,000 shares at 65p and the price advanced to 69 1/2p.

That values Applied Technology Monitoring at more than £5.2m and with 75% of the internet video company stock retained by brothers Sam and Bob and cousin Neil, their combined stake is valued at about £3.9m.

The funds will help to develop an online security system that has already attracted 30 orders from the Carphone Warehouse, and a further 34 from local authorities.
