The clock struck midnight and you uttered the words 'This year I'm going to get fit'. Then you knocked back another vodka, lime and soda and were found at 4am passed-out somewhere between the bedroom and the bathroom. Sound familiar?

Hundreds, no make that thousands, even millions of us make New Year resolutions to get our health act together but lots of us fall at the first hurdle - deciding which exercise route to take.
