Friends and colleagues paid tribute today to a London care worker whose decomposed remains were found locked inside a suitcase on a farm in Kent.

Leah Questin, 37, who was from the Philippines, is thought to have been dead for a fortnight before a dog walker found the case in a dried-out pond near Rochester.

She was reported missing from her home in Cricklewood on 12 September and was last seen on a bus at Elephant & Castle.

She may have been seeing a man she met on the Gumtree website, it was reported today. A 35-year-old man from Lewisham has been arrested on suspicion of murder.

Miss Questin's co-workers at Lansdowne Care Home in Cricklewood told of their shock. One said: "Leah was a good person. Everyone here is very shocked and upset. I cannot believe anyone would do such a thing."
