THIS is the full list of those charged with manslaughter and those facing health and safety charges:

Manslaughter charges:

Charles Pollard, director of London North East zone of Railtrack;
Alistair Cook infrastructure contracts manager for Railtrack;
Sean Fugill, area asset manager for Railtrack;
Anthony Walker, former regional director of Balfour Beatty Rail Maintenance Ltd;
Nicholas Jeffries, civil engineer for Balfour Beatty;
Keith Lea, track engineer of the London North Eastern Zone of Railtrack.

Health and safety charges

Gerald Corbett, former chief executive of Railtrack;
Christopher Leah, director of safety and operations, Railtrack;
Stephen Huxley, former managing director of Balfour Beatty;
Kenneth Hedley, a track engineer for Balfour Beatty;
Vernon Bullen, King's Cross area maintenance engineer for Balfour Beatty;
Keith Hughes, an acting track engineer for Balfour Beatty Rail Maintenance Ltd.
