- Nominate member of staff to oversee continuity plans in the event of attack
- Check what vital equipment, computers and other systems need to be able to function
- Assess risks to business and likely effect, considering the worst-case scenario
- Make mutual arrangement with another business to share premises after an incident
- Consider how to re-establish business in another location
- Rehearse the plan. Also try sending text messages to see how many key staff can be contacted immediately
