  • Assess risks to business and likely effect, considering the worst-case scenario
  • Make mutual arrangement with another business to share premises after an incident
  • Consider how to re-establish business in another location
  • Rehearse the plan. Also try sending text messages to see how many key staff can be contacted immediately
