Billionaire 'is next Chile president'

Billionaire Sebastian Pinera, 60, took the lead in Chile's presidential election but failed to win enough votes for an overall majority.

If the TV station owner wins the run-off on 7 January it would mean Chile's first Right-wing government since General Pinochet's 1973-1990 dictatorship.
