Lord Sugar’s aide Claudine Collins is selling her Belsize Park flat.

The managing director of MediaCom UK is sad to leave the home and the area after 12 happy years. However, her new relationship with a father of three means she needs to upsize.

The two-bedroom, two-bathroom flat, close to Primrose Hill, South End Green and Hampstead Heath, is on the market with Goldschmidt and Howland for £1.35 million.

On the lower-ground floor of a Victorian villa, it has a garden and terrace which has seen many dinner parties. Warm in winter and cool in the summer, Collins says her house has been an ideal sanctuary away from her hectic business lifestyle.
