Paloma Faith’s homewares launch: maximalist animal prints and vintage wallpapers in star’s first interiors collection

Former flame-haired chanteuse Paloma Faith is bringing her signature maximalist style to interiors with her new range of homewares.

The Hackney-born pop star has certainly been no slouch during lockdown, giving birth to her second child and recording a new album.

Now she’s launching Paloma Home, which aims to offer “affordable opulence” in the shape of leopard-print sofas, bold bedding patterned with leaping tigers and vintage chinoiserie wallpapers.

Cushions – apparently Paloma’s preferred home accessory  – are available in a riot of plush and velvety patterns with ruffled and fringing galore. Cushions range from £21 to £33.

Faith fans will revel in being able to recreate their idol’s decor.

A monochrome pattern reminiscent of a boiled sweet matches the black-and-white striped hallway of the singer’s house in east London, while the Asian influences are a nod to her love of Chinese and Korean cinema installed in her by her stepfather.

While plenty of celebrities have tried to get in on the home decor market, Faith’s venture is sure to win her some design fans too with Paloma Home’s commitment to over the top maximalism and sumptuous patterns.

Minimalism nuts need not apply.
