This pretty three-bedroom pink house in Bayswater Street, Chelsea’s most “Instagram-able” road, is filled with secrets.

It was used for the 2011 film adaptation of Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy, starring Gary Oldman as George Smiley and Benedict Cumberbatch as Peter Guillam.

The street also featured in the 1979 BBC drama Smiley’s People, with Alec Guinness in the role of author John le Carré’s career intelligence officer.

The house has 1,604sq ft of space including a study, an open-plan kitchen/dining room and a patio.

It’s on Russell Simpson’s books for £2,975,000.
