Scully

The latest Ottolenghi-trained chef to break away and do his own thing is Ramael Scully. His restaurant, Scully, will serve dishes influenced by his childhood in Malaysia and his travels in the Middle East and Russia.

Hide

If you’ve been bereft since Dabbous closed last summer, the dark days are over. Ollie Dabbous is back with a new mega-restaurant called Hide. Currently open as a soft launch, it’s three restaurants in one, Ground has an a la carte menu and bakery, and breakfast (new for Dabbous), Above offers a tasting menu and set lunches and Below is a bar with 15 sommeliers and more than 6,800 wines – London's largest list.

This beloved Brixton pop-up is taking over the Institute of Light in London Fields — expect fresh grilled fish, robust African flavours and Zoe’s signature Red Red Stew.
