Lobster House, Wandsworth

The doors open to this “steak, lobster and champagne bar” on Monday. Expect clam bakes, New England oysters and lobster-and-prawn rolls.

Bia Mara, Camden

Innovative Irish-run fish and chippy, currently a hit in Brussels. Choose your fish, pick a sauce and dust your chips in handmade salts. Expect Guinness ice cream too.
