Burgerac’s BBQ Chickenshack sandwich

Burgerac’s knowledge of London patties is comprehensive and he has turned it to creating his own. This one features buttermilk chicken shallow-fried in lard (or vegetable oil if you want to nod to healthiness) and American cheese in a sesame seed bun. £9.50.
