Brew Tap Burger brings beer, burgers and bellinis to Borough
Brew Tap Burger, specialising in beer, bellinis and burgers, will kick-off a three-month residency at Borough’s Mercato Metropolitano Italian food market on Saturday.
And to celebrate the launch, it will be offering half-price burgers and bellinis all weekend.
While much of the offering will be inspired by the land of la dolce vita, with a number of Italian craft beers joining local options and prosecco on tap, the burgers will be made with Scottish beef and have a more international outlook — inspired by founder Rohit Chugh’s travels.
The range will include the Sweet Miso topped with red onion jam infused with fennel and sweet miso; the Chilli Smoke with a tomato chutney laced with smoky red chilli; and a classic cheeseburger featuring paprika mayo.

There will be the option of adding extra patties or streaky bacon, and chips will also be served.
Beers available will rotate, but Birra del Borgo Cortigiana, an Italian amber ale made by one of the country’s leading craft breweries in Borgorose will be a regular.
