Simon Cowell may be head judge but it looks as though Cheryl Fernandez-Versini is taking over on the X Factor.
The 32-year-old singer is cloned in the new mad scientist promo for this years series with her robots trained to recite her famous catchphrases such as "I know exactly what you're going through pet."
Set in a white laboratory with scientists, new judge Rita Ora is sent to contestant feedback training while Nick Grimshaw is fitted with a microchip - only to realise that he's been turned into Louis Walsh and starts spouting his trademark phrase: "You look like a popstar, you sound like a popstar."
Caroline Flack and Olly Murs - who replaced Dermot O'Leary - enter an undercover laboratory to meet the new judging team and reveal the secret formula behind the revamped series.
Cowell also appears in the trailer - which will be unveiled tonight at 7:30pm, ahead of Coronation Street - and claims to have "already found this year's winner. It's a group. Girls are going to love them, boys are going to love them, bigger than One Direction".
The 'winning act' is revealed as Cowell's beloved pet dogs Squiddly and Diddly who sing their way through You Raise Me Up.
X Factor London auditions
This year's series faced a serious shake-up with Louis Walsh stepping down after more than a decade, and last week it was announced that the voice of the show, Peter Dickinson, will not be returning to the new series.
X Factor returns to ITV in the autumn.
