Scarlett Moffatt is reportedly set to return to the jungle after her 2016 I’m a Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here win, to host ITV2 spin-off show Extra Camp.

Last year’s Queen of the Jungle has landed several high-profile presenting gigs thanks to her success on the show.

She’s become a regular fixture on Ant and Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway and fronts the revamped version of Nineties and early Noughties dating show Streetmate.

A source told The Sun that Moffatt has ‘worked hard’ for the new I'm A Celeb job, saying: “This is a huge gig for Scarlett and one she’s worked hard to get.

“Last year’s show was just a bit too chaotic for producers, so they wanted to switch things up.

“The current plan is to have Scarlett host the show alongside two other presenters.”

News of Moffatt’s role comes after it was reported that two of Extra Camp’s previous hosts, Chris Ramsey and Vicky Pattinson, have been dropped from the programme.

If the rumours are true then only Joe Swash and Stacey Solomon remain from last year’s hosting line-up.

Earlier this year the programme faced another presenting shake-up after Ant McPartlin, who fronts the show alongside Declan Donnelly, was admitted to rehab.

It was unclear whether the star would be well enough to present the upcoming series.

However, ITV boss Kevin Lygo dismissed suggestions that he would be replaced.

Speaking at the Edinburgh Television Festival last month he said: “How very dare you?! Ant is doing really well and we’re expecting him to return to I’m A Celebrity, so we won’t be resting it,” he told press.

I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here returns to ITV later this year.
