Kem Cetinay has warned best friend Chris Hughes’ new flame Jesy Nelson to not “take him away” after the pair started dating.

The former Love Island star said he is thrilled to see his friend happy, but is hopeful he won’t miss out on seeing him now he is loved up with the Little Mix star.

Speaking on Lorraine, Cetinay said: “I know he posted the photo [of them together]. He seems really happy. I’ve never met her before, he says really nice things about her.

“He seems really happy and that’s all that matters. As long as she doesn’t take him away from me too much.”

After the flight landed, the pair couldn’t keep their hands off each other and shared a passionate kiss at City Airport as they parted after their minibreak in the Irish capital.

Nelson, 27, and Hughes, 26, first sparked rumours they were romantically linked earlier this year after they were spotted on a date at a Harry Potter themed bar and a kebab shop later on in the evening.

However, last month reports surfaced Nelson had hit pause on the romance in a bid to focus on her career.

Sources claimed that the pair had grabbed a “private booth” and were “inseparable,” but Arthur soon shut down rumours they were “kissing” and called the whole story a “sad state of affairs” .

Hughes split from Love Island girlfriend Olivia Attwood last year.
