Calling: hands up if you want cheap tickets
Ben Norum9 June 2015

To celebrate its 10th year, Calling Festival is running a flash sale today (June 9), selling a limited batch of tickets at almost a third of their normal price.

Starting at 6pm, a number of tickets will be released for just £21 with no booking fee. The price will then increase in ten steps – £25, £29, £33, £37, £41, £45, £49 and £53 – before reaching their normal price of £57.

The festival – previously known as Hard Rock Calling – has run every summer since 2006, with acts over the years including The Who, Eric Clapton, Bruce Springsteen, Bon Jovi and The Killers.

It will take place on Saturday July 4 this year with Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds headlining alongside Ryan Adams and the Shining, Modest Mouse, Echo and the Bunnymen and The Hives.

Visit livenation.co.uk or ticketmaster.co.uk at 6pm to bag a bargain. Have your best clicking and refreshing fingers at the ready – the quicker you are, the cheaper the tickets will be.
