Will's a good boy at premiere

Good guy: Will Smith at the premiere
10 April 2012

Superstar Will Smith wowed his fans at the UK premiere of his latest movie last night.

The Hollywood actor failed to live up to his label in action film Bad Boys II by signing autographs and shaking hands, sending the crowd wild.

Wearing a black suit and sunglasses, Smith made a grand entrance in a yellow Humvee van.

Thanking the huge crowd for their rapturous welcome, he said: "This is beautiful man. I'm loving it. It's a very egotistical high."

Smith is reunited with comic Martin Lawrence in the Bad Boys action adventure sequel.

Playing narcotic detectives Mike Lowrey (Smith) and Marcus Burnett (Lawrence) the pair are reunited with producer Jerry Bruckheimer and director Michael Bay.

Co-star Gabrielle Union, who plays Lawrence's sister Syd, made up for the absence of her screen brother, looking ravishing in a yellow and grey dress.

She said: "This is a bigger turnout than we had in the States."

She said of her co-star: "Will is one of the most amazing people I have ever met in my life. I couldn't have asked for a better co-star."
